New Custom Box client in Seward Park

This image is of our large 2-story pre-designed Backyard Cottage – the Big Box.
Backyard Box has a new client on a Custom Box in Seward Park. They are going to utilize an existing studio and garage and convert it as well as expand to complete their new 800 SF backyard cottage in Seattle. Currently the studio and garage are not rented, but used occasionally for home office.
The plan is to upgrade to a full living unit they can use now as a rental for a couple years to pay it off. They then might even downsize and live in it after their son is out of college and not coming back home in the summers.
