City of Seattle stepping up its incentives to build it green. Priority permitting for green projects that meet 2030 Challenge, LEED Platinum, Built green 5 star. Pretty stringent standards, 2030 challenge addresses energy, LEED and Built Green comprehensively address a set of environmental considerations.
